1. This is an appeal from a decision of an adjudicator of the Small Claims Tribunal. The order of the court was that the appeal be allowed but that the case be remitted to another adjudicator of the Small Claims Tribunal for retrial under the provisions of section 29 of the Small Claims Tribunal Ordinance. We are not able or willing to decide this case on its merits. But we note that it is possible that the claim of the respondent is a claim for the conversion of the vehicle rather than for the return of the deposit. And that the appellant may have a counterclaim for breach of contract.
