1. We order as follows:
(1) The appeal is adjourned generally with costs reserved;
(2) It may come before any division of this Court;
(3) Unless notice is given within 21 days of today to the respondent by solicitors acting for the appellant company that such solicitors have been instructed to prosecute the appeal, the appeal do stand struck out with costs to the respondent to be taxed;
(4) Notice of this Order be sent by the Clerk of the Court to the appellant company at its registered office and to Mr Tiu Sum Fat at the St Teresa's Hospital, 327 Prince Edward Road, Kowloon.
