J U D G M E N T

Duffy, J.:

1. This was an appeal against a sentence of 18 months for possession of a forged travel document. The range of sentences for this offence is from six months to 18 months. The normal sentence is nine months. I therefore reduced the sentence to one of nine months and allowed the appeal accordingly.
