J U D G M E N T

Duffy, J.:
1. This was an appeal against a total sentence of eight months imposed for possession of a false Vietnamese Refugee Card and escaping from legal custody. The consecutive sentences of six months and two months respectively were proper sentences. However, the appellant is pregnant and is due to be released in March. As an act of mercy, therefore, I allowed her appeal so that she could be released immediately.
