J U D G M E N T

Ching, J.A. (delivering the judgment of the Court) :
1. By section 11(2) of the Lands Tribunal Ordinance, Cap. 17 the jurisdiction of this Court arises if but only if there is an appeal based upon a point of law. We have heard Mr. CHAN Wing Wai who appears for the appellant, his wife, and we have heard Madam CHAN Fung Ling on behalf of the respondent, the Bayview Mansion Management Committee. Having heard them and having examined the documents put before us once more, we are quite unable to see that any point of law arises at all.
2. In those circumstances we must dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
