JUDGMENT

Mayo JA:
1. The applicant appeals against the sentence of 15 months' imprisonment imposed upon her for being in possession of a forged identity card and using the same and remaining in Hong Kong without the permission of the Director of Immigration.
2. Before me she referred to her family difficulties and her son's illness. Sadly this is not the reason enabling me to reduce the sentence.
3. The sentence was the usual sentence imposed in such cases and cannot be regarded as being excessive or wrong in principle. This being the case this appeal has to be dismissed and is dismissed.
