1. In this appeal, Wong Yin-ping, the Appellant did not appear and the court is satisfied that she had not been in court since 10.00 o'clock.
2. There had been no written grounds of appeal, save and except the general ground. The court had received no further documents in the nature of grounds of appeal. There are no written arguments filed in court and no oral arguments advanced before me. I dismiss the appeal.
