J U D G M E N T

1. The Appellant in this case, Poon Sze Kwan, was convicted of a breach of the licensing condition of a massage establishment licence on 4 July 2000 and was fined $15,000.00. A Notice of Appeal was filed on 15 July 2000. No further contact has been had with this Appellant.
2. Today the case has been called inside and outside the court between 10:00 am and 11:10 am. The Appellant has not appeared and I now dismiss the appeal.
