J U D G M E N T

1. This petition is presented by Sinochem International Chemicals (Hong Kong) Ltd on the basis of a judgment debt in the sum of US$1,041,958.96 obtained by the petitioner against the company in HCA No. 2205 of 2001 on 20 June 2001. Two demand letters seeking payment of the judgment debt were served by leaving the same at the registered office of the company in August 2001 and February 2002. There was no compliance with the demand letters.

2. The company has not appeared today. I am satisfied in the circumstances that it is unable to pay its debts and I make a winding-up order against the company. The petitioner is to have the costs of this petition to be paid out of the assets of the company.
