J U D G M E N T

1. The magistrate was correct to find the appellant guilty as on the date in question, the appellant did not have a licence under section 83A of Cap. 132 which has to be issued by the Director of Food and Environmental Hygiene.
2. The appeal against conviction is dismissed.
