D E C I S I O N

1. The originating summons in this case was adjourned by Chung J on 26 July 2019 with the direction that there be leave to the plaintiff to pay into court within 14 days the sum of $7,080, being a sum sufficient to redeem the mortgage in favour of Tang Chui-tai as shown in the instrument dated 7 January 1907, known as “Judgment of Court” registered in the Land Registry against the subject land.

2. The plaintiff has since paid the amount of $7,080 into court on 7 August 2019 pursuant to Chung J’s order. Upon that payment, the mortgage as held by the 2^nd defendant as mortgagee registered by Memorial No YL3226 in respect of the Remaining Portion of Section C of Lot No 3225 in Demarcation District No 104 is hereby wholly discharged.
